
HOA Information
Harmony is made up of several different home owner associations. The below map was created to help determine which association(s) you belong to.
Each HOA maintains it's own management structure and management contract based on the HOA. Harmony North HOA and Harmony Southside HOA are directed by home owner run boards. The Reserve / Sharp Pool is directed by Sharp Residential. Members of the Reserve / Sharp Pool HOA are ALSO members of the overall Harmony North HOA. The Gardens are directed by Lennar Homes.
For shared recreation issues such as access to pools, Lakes, Tennis, trails, etc. should be submitted via the online Requests form or by calling 770-720-0210.
The below information is provided for HOA specific issues such as covenant enforcement and assessments / billing.

Please note on Tuesdays and Thursdays we are out on the property, so someone may not be in the office if you stop by.

2025 Assessments:
$735 annual - All sections / neighborhoods without alleyways
$885 annual - Sections which have alleyways (Note: Your home may not actually have an alleyway, it is based on the section / neighborhood)
Townhomes pay an additional monthly maintenance fee of $275 per month.
$2235 - One time (at closing) initiation fee + setup fee
