Fitness Center Rules and Safety Guidelines
Open Daily from 4:30 AM – 10:00 PM
 
Attire
 
Homeowners and their invited guests should dress in attire befitting the family nature of our Community.  Extremely revealing attire is not suitable for the Fitness Center.  
 
Appropriate attire for the fitness center includes: shorts or warm-up suits, shirts, tights/leotards and appropriate athletic footwear must be worn. Bathing suits and bare feet are prohibited.
 
Cleaning of Equipment
 
Each user is requested to wipe off the equipment after each use. Cleaning supplies are provided in the weight room. 
 
Equipment Time Limit
 
All equipment is available on a first come first served basis and may not be reserved. Please be courteous of other Owners and allow others to “rotate in” when possible.  While users are waiting, the time limit on each piece of equipment is thirty (30) minutes.
 
Food and Beverage
 
No food is allowed in the Fitness Center, which includes gum.  Only non-alcoholic beverages in a non-breakable container are allowed in the Fitness Center.
 
Guest Policy
 
Each household in good standing may bring up to one (1) accompanied guests.  No unaccompanied guests are allowed.
 
Radios
 
Radios and other devices are not permitted in the Fitness center. The only exception to this rule is for portable devices with earphones played at a volume that does not disturb others. 
 
Safety and Age Restriction
 
No individual under the age of sixteen (16) is permitted to enter the Fitness Center.  Individuals under the age of sixteen (16) years of age must always be accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older. 
 
The Fitness Center is not supervised, use of all equipment is at your own risk.  The Association assumes no responsibility for any injury that may occur.
 
Trash
 
All trash must be disposed of in proper containers.
 
Use and Hours of Operation
 
No person shall use the fitness center unless the center is officially open. Unauthorized persons entering the Fitness center when the center is closed may lose their use privileges and risk additional sanctions. 
 
Users must return all weights to the applicable storage unit and wipe down all machines and benches after use.
